Prospective Students

Admission Requirements

Students are accepted into the Faculty of Business Administration and admitted into the Qualifying program (with the exception of Excellence students).

The B.B.A. Qualifying program prepares students for entry into the four-year B.B.A. program. Students must complete 10 required courses and maintain a PGPA of 65% in order to qualify for admission to the B.B.A. program.

The Dip.B.A. Qualifying program prepares students for entry into the two year Dip.B.A. program. Students must complete five required courses and maintain a PGPA of 65% in order to qualify for admission to the Dip.B.A. program.

While in the qualifying program students are allowed to register in a limited number of BUS courses, will have membership in the Business Student Society, have access to Academic Advisors that specialize in business programs and will be involved in an overall great program.

Those high school students with an average of 85% or greater may choose to be a part of the Excellence Program and enter the Faculty of Business Administration in their first year at the University of Regina. This option still requires the completion of the pre-Business Administration year.

The minimum required average to be admitted to the Faculty of Business Administration is 65%.
