Excellence Program
The Excellence Program gives those first year students with an
average greater than 85% the OPTION of either coming directly into
the faculty as Year One B.B.A. student. For more

Co-op Program
An optional program of
co-operative education is available to Business Administration
students whereby they alternate academic semesters with paid
practical experience in an area related to their academic studies.
This program is available to students pursuing a B. B.A. degree and
students must apply in the semester that they are completing between
54 and 66 credit hours within their B.B.A. program.
Accounting Fellowship
The Accounting Fellowship Program is
designed for students wishing to pursue careers in accounting.
Admission to the program is intended for students who have completed
the second year of their studies. Students who have completed a
minimum of 45 hours are eligible for admission to the Accounting Fellowship
Program. Admission to the program requires a minimum overall
weighted percentage average of 80 percent and students must be
enrolled in or have completed Admin 385 or Bus 385.
The Accounting Fellowship
Program recognizes the academic accomplishments of accounting
students in the Faculty of Business Administration. The Fellowship Banquet is
held at the Hotel Saskatchewan in October each year. Employers from
the accounting firms, the private and public sector, students and
accounting faculty will be invited to the banquet. The banquet is
sponsored by the three professional accounting bodies: the Institute
of Chartered Accountants, the Society of Management Accountants, and
the Association of Certified General Accountants.
