Academic Data delivers the academic policy and procedure for the University by working collaboratively with others across campus. Through web applications, the student information system, and other electronic and paper solutions, the unit ensures accuracy and integrity of data.

• We support the design, development and implementation of software solutions used to enter, maintain, and report on the data.
• We investigate, recommend and collaboratively implement process improvements within the RegistrarŐs Office in support of academic policy.
• We deliver the UniversityŐs Official Transcript which includes transfer credit awarded by the institution, and grades.
• We deliver data, reports and information to both internal and external stakeholders as requested.
• We maintain the quality and consistency of academic and non-academic data about the student and the institution.
• We provide support to the University community in understanding data, resolving data issues and in enhancing our collective ability to interpret our data.
