The Alumni Association strives to provide relevant and valuable services for U of R alumni with the prime objective of helping alumni connect with each other and their university.
E-MAIL FOR LIFE Alumni can receive a permanent U of R e-mail address - for life! In addition, as recent graduates you can continue to use the same e-mail address you had as a student. No matter where your new career takes you, or how many times you have to move...you won't have to change your email address! Never lose track of old friends as they'll always know how to reach you! Subscriptions for the E-mail for life are processed within approximately thirty working days of the request date. The University will contact all new subscribers by mail when the e-mail account becomes active.
DEGREES MAGAZINE. As an alumnus you will automatically receive a Spring and Fall issue of the magazine each year.

ALUMNI NETWORK The Alumni Association has formal and informal alumni groups across Canada called branches/chapters. The purpose of branches and chapters is to support alumni networking by holding special events and co-hosting activities with other university alumni groups. Activities range from career networking events and speaker symposiums to comedy nights. If you'd like to get involved, contact us at uralumni@uregina.ca.
DEGREE FRAMES To purchase your frame, contact the Alumni Relations office by e-mail at uralumni@uregina.ca or submit your order via the on-line order form, or visit the Alumni Relations office in room 210 of the North Residence building to look at our samples.
ALUMNI LIBRARY CARD With a $25 Alumni Library Card, you can access books, LPs and cassettes, and government publications. You can also get basic access to some electronic journals and databases. All other library materials, you can use on site. Available from the Alumni Relations office in 210, North Residence building, your purchase also supports other programming.
TRANSCRIPTS Requests for academic transcripts can be made through the Registrar's Office.
CAREER SERVICES STUDENT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (SES) at the U of R continues to be a resource to you once you have graduated. Alumni can take advantage of services such as the resources library, career fairs, individual consultations and the on-line job board. SES resources are specifically designed to assist you in your career planning and job search.
COUNSELLING SERVICES The University provides students and alumni a variety of career and personal counselling opportunities through Counselling Services. Visit their website for more information, as well as upcoming workshops and events.
CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION (CCE) CCE makes a significant contribution to the intellectual, economic, social and cultural development of our community by offering high quality, accessible and responsive education and training programs to learners of all ages. Courses and programs are available for adult learners seeking professional and personal development, children and adults pursuing cultural enrichment and development, international learners, learners in credit and non-credit programs and those pursuing their studies via distance learning.
U of R RAMS DISCOUNT For the last 5 years, the Alumni Association and Rams organization have created and maintained a partnership that has been beneficial in promoting athletic and academic excellence. To show appreciation for the time and effort of those involved with the Alumni Association, graduates of the University of Regina can save on game tickets ($10) priced at the Early Bird Price throughout the upcoming season. In addition, alumni are also entitled to 10% off all regular priced Rams clothing and souvenirs. These discounts are only available at the Rams main office located in room 176 of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport or by calling 585-5880.
