Purchase Parking Permits Online

By purchasing your parking permit online your are agreeing to the Rules and Regulations with regards to parking on campus. Please review them in the Bylaws and Regulations section. M area Permits online sales for May - Apr will be available April 24 2013.

If you have trouble purchasing your permit, immediately send an email to uparking@uregina.ca. We will use the time stamp on your email as your "purchase" time and reserve a permit for you.

RESIDENT permits.

You will be receiving an email when your assignment has been entered for the winter semester.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER: Feb 1st 2013 is the Residents parking renewal start date for the upcoming Fiscal Year May 1 2013 to April 30 2014. (You may renew as of midnight. no early applications will be accepted). University of Regina or SIAST students who have not yet been assigned their student identification number may submit an email, uparking@uregina.ca, to register for parking. An application for both the fall and winter need to be completed.

Step 1: complete your online registration parking permit application by clicking on the following link

Step 2: send us an email, uparking@uregina.ca, with an attachment of your vehicle registration.

Step 3: Permit pick up. Your pre-paid parking permit will be available at your residence when you check in. If you have not pre-paid and not emailed a copy of your vehicle registration you may pick up your permit at our front office when you move-in. Please bring picture identification and your vehicle registration.

Purchasing Note: To check your permit status please click permits to login. If you have completed the permit application form your status will show as pending. Permits will be assigned at the end of August at which time you will receive an email stating the permit cost and permit location. If you initially chose the prepay option you can now log in and enter your credit card information.

Conference / Guest Permits

Please note that May 1 to August 31 if you are checking in after 3:30 pm and you are going to leave before 8 am the next morning complimentary parking is available in any Hotel Guest or M area for free. The signs say "Authorized Hotel Guest" or "Authorized M area". M area does not mean a metered area. Permits are needed from 8 am to 3:30 pm Mon to Fri.

NOTES: You may park in Lot 2 meters on weekends and holidays at no charge. Lot 4 pha is for longer term hotel guests who have purchased that particular parking permit.

Renewals for the new fiscal year, 2013-14 will begin April 24, Wednesday.

Employee/Faculty and Staff permits.

Online renewals are open. M area and RC parkade permits are delayed due to reprinting.

Cancel/Purchase/Renew Faculty & Staff Yearly Parking Permits Online

Faculty and Staff Renewals 1 May 2013 to 30 April 2014.

Z (electrical 15 amp) permits $531.75/year. Breakdown including GST is May - Oct $37.50/mo, Nov - Mar $53.85/mo and April $37.50.

M (no power) permits are $450.00/year. Breakdown is $37.50/mo.

Parkade permits are $1140/year. Breakdown is $95/mo.
