The Program offers Cultural Scholarship (for intensive language training for either 3 months or 6 months) The Academic-Year Scholarship (one regular academic year usually nine months) to students who wish to study abroad and act as ambassadors for Canada and Rotary. The primary purpose of the scholarships is to further international understanding and friendly relations among the peoples of the world.
Citizen of a country where there are Rotary clubs and must not be a direct descendent of an active Rotary member. Resident of Rotary District 5550.
Must have completed two years of full-time studies at the time that the Scholarship becomes tenable.
