How To Apply

Application forms must be submitted online to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR). The application will include a resume and personal statement, and will require a $100.00 non-refundable application fee.

The following items will accompany your application and must be submitted directly to FGSR:

  • Two (2) Confidential Recommendations must be sent directly to FGSR by your referee using the Confidential Recommendation form. (23 KB) PDF File
  • Students must arrange for the delivery of sealed and official transcripts from all former post-secondary institutions attended by the applicant. Transcripts must be sent directly to FGSR by your former institution(s). Envelopes must bear an official institutional stamp across the seal. Transcripts in any language other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified literal translation.
  • Official results of the applicant's GMAT Exam (for applicable MBA programs) and TOEFL scores for English proficiency (if you have not completed a Bachelor's degree at an English language institution) must be sent directly from the official testing service to FGSR.

University of Regina Alumni who require U of R transcripts can request that their official transcripts be sent directly to FGSR by the Registrar's Office.
