We encourage you to report any technical difficulties you may have with our site, such as:

  • error messages
  • problems loading pages
  • inability to submit online forms

To report these problems, please complete a FootPrints Ticket Form found in the Information Services website. 

NOTE: If you are a member of the general public or a student, only complete the following fields on the ticket:

  • Subject
  • ID number
    Enter 000000000 as the digits if you have never studied or worked at the U of R.
  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-mail address
    Enter your personal e-mail address where we can contact you. If you have a U of R e-mail address, please use that.
  • Faculty/Department
    Enter your city here if you are a member of the general public. If you are a student, enter your faculty.
  • Phone
  • Location
    Enter your city again here if you are a member of the general public. If you are a student, enter what building your faculty is located in.
  • Detailed description of the problem
    Describe what happened here.

Then click on the "submit request" button.
