Copyright Online

Mon., Feb. 6, 2012 2:30 p.m.

Location: Centre for Teaching and Learning Lab, main floor Archer Library (LY107.33)

What does copyright mean for your course in UR Courses? How do you remain copyright-compliant on a class website or while using social media? What about an ePortfolio? These are common questions recently and ones that can have a big impact on your teaching, whether you teach a face-to-face class or an online course. This session will be a chance to discuss these issues and ways to get content to students while remaining copyright-compliant.

Join Kirsten Hansen, e-Learning Co-ordinator at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, and Christina Winter, Copyright Officer, for a 1 hour session to answer questions and provide solutions to copyright-centered issues pertaining to using the internet for your teaching.

Please RSVP your attendance to ctl@uregina.ca.
