- Career direction workshops

When you join the UR Guarantee Program, you'll build long-term relationships with experienced counsellors and advisors — mentors who know you and your goals at a deeper level. Just a few of the benefits include:
- Meet one-on-one with counsellors from the Student Success Centre up to three times a year.
- Receive a customized program aligned with your specific needs and schedule (with limited time commitment required).
- Gain access to relevant academic workshops, career development initiatives, student engagement activities and service and leadership opportunities.
- Enhance your overall university experience and feel more prepared for your career after university.
Individualized Career Coaching
As a participant in the UR Guarantee Program, planning for life after university will be an important part of your university experience.
