Eligibility: The bursary is to be awarded to a refugee or landed immigrant or other student, who wishes to study English as a Second Language at the University of Regina. Bursary recipient will be selected on the basis of demonstrated motivation, initiative, financial need and academic ability.
Conditions: Awarded annually. The bursary is intended to support tuition and/or books within a period of one year.
Donor: This bursary was established by All Saints Anglican Church to assist students in their study of English as a Second Language at the University of Regina. The bursary commemorates All Saints Anglican Church's fortieth anniversary, celebrated in 1999.
Apply: Applications are available from the ESL Centre, Language Institute, University of Regina and are to be submitted to the ESL Centre

Eligibility: Available to a Canadian citizen, landed immigrant, permanent resident, or visa student whose mother tongue is not English. Good academic standing at the University of Regina in ESL, a commitment to pursue studies at the University of Regina, and financial need are deciding factors in this competition for students wishing to register in the ESL program.
Conditions: Awarded four times a year, providing there is a qualified applicant.

Eligibility: The award is intended for an ESL student entering the University of Regina following completion of ESL 050 and who is registered in a minimum of 9 credit hours at the University of Regina for the Fall semester. The award will be on the basis of academic achievement in high school, post-secondary studies and the ESL program.
Conditions: Awarded annually in the Fall
Donor: Established by colleagues to honor Pat Moir, who passed away in May, 1999.
