Presenter Information

General Information

We are currently welcoming submissions from all currently registered Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba graduate and undergraduate students. 

Oral Presentations:
Prepare for a maximum presentation length of 20 minutes, and approximately 20 minutes (shared among presenters) to answer questions after all the presentations have been given. In the event that our quota for oral presentations is exceeded, preference will be given to graduate students. Dates and times for your presentation will sent to you via e-mail, and the schedule will be posted on this website. Please make sure your oral presentation does NOT exceed the 20 minute limit.

Poster Presentations:
Poster presentations are a summary of your research project and will be available for the duration of the conference. Presentation schedule will be posted on this website closer to the date of the conference.

Other Presentations:

March 2009: Print services is once again supporting the poster presenters this year. Posters printed for the Graduate Students’ Conference, that adhere to the size dimensions outlined, and are submitted by noon on Mar 31st, 2009, will be receive a discounted rate! Poster presenters should have received an email with instructions to follow in order to get the discount. If you didn't receive one, contact urgsa@uregina.ca as soon as possible.
