What should I do next?

Come to the University of Regina on March 12th and 13th, 2010 to listen to the oral presentations and view the posters.

The Registration and Information Table will be located in the Education Building on campus. Only presenters need to register, however information about the conference as well as the schedule will be available at the Information Table. We welcome all attendees to stop by to say Hello! In the Education Building the Information Table can be found on the following map:

A conference schedule is posted and everyone is welcome to read through the abstracts to find out which presentations you are most interested in attending. There is a huge variety of topics being researched at the University of Regina.

On Friday, March 12th, 2010, opening remarks will be given welcoming everyone to this fabulous conference, as well as providing information about conference events.

Following the opening remarks, we have a large variety of Oral Presentations taking place in four different rooms (all of which are close to the registration area). If you need help finding any of these rooms, please ask at the Information Table and we will gladly show you. After the Oral Presentations, we have planned a "Friday Night Social"  with a special appearance by Jorge Cham (creator and artist of PhD Comics), who will be talking about "The Power of Procrastination".

On Saturday, March 13th, 2010, we will start with some opening remarks and a run down of events in ED 191. Then we will continue with more Oral Presentations. Concurrently, we will have our Poster Sessions, where numerous posters will be on display. The authors of the posters will be available at specified times answer questions you may have about their research. The Poster Session takes place in the Education Building.

Later in the afternoon, the doors to the Education Auditorium will open for the keynote address. Last year, Jay Ingram (co-host and producer of Daily Planet) was our key note speaker. For more information about Jay Ingram and Jorge Cham visit the main page and scroll down.
