How Do I Make Changes to my Application?


Log in to the E-Recruit system using your username and password.

Once you have completed your application and applied for a posting, you will not be able to make changes to your application or attachments. 

It is important that you review your application and profile for any necessary changes before you apply to a position as no further changes can be made once your application has been submitted.

You will see a confirmation number when your application has been successfully submitted.

When you apply, the system takes a ‘snap shot’ of your profile as soon as you click on the ‘Apply to this Position’ button, tying that version of your profile to the position. If you make changes to your profile after you click this button, you will be able to attach the edited profile to new positions but will still see the original profile associated with that previous application.
