Who should attend:
All University of Regina Emergency Building Wardens, OH&S Committee members, Campus Security and Facilities Management employees plus any other interested faculty and staff.
Course Objective:
To provide a basic understanding on when & how to utilize a fire extinguisher including ...
- Types of Fire Extinguishers
- How to use an extinguisher
- Rules
- When not to use an extinguisher
- "Hands on" extinguisher training
Class sizes are limited to 10 people.
Prerequisite:
Fire Safety 101 Online Training through UR Courses. (E-mail health.safety@uregina.ca to enrol in the online course).
