Account Request

If you need an account setup, please contact your department administrator. Not sure who your administrator is?  Check the list of administrators and find out. Requests for accounts include the following:

  • Novell
  • Groupwise
  • Banner
  • Fast
  • APEA and Research Accounts
  • Phone Requests

FootPrints Login for Administrators:
Login Login to FootPrints to create a ticket that can be tracked throughout the account process and obtaine username information.  If you are unsure about using FootPrints, contact the Technology Learning Centre.


Account Name Change Request Form

Request a username to reflect a change in your last name. This request changes your uregina.ca, Novell, URCourses, and Banner username. Please, notify HR before you complete this form.

NOTE: This process will take time. Initially, staff will just receive a new email alias to reflect their new name.
