Homewood Health Employee Family Assistance Program - Notice of Data Breach

External Service provider, “Homewood Health (homewoodhealth.com)” has advised the University of Regina of a security incident that included data pertaining to individuals affiliated with the University of Regina.

Homewood Health is the provider of the University of Regina Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP).  Employees and/or their dependents who may have accessed  EFAP services prior to April 1, 2021 could potentially have private information included in the Homewood Health data breach.  Employees who have attended one or more of the University-sponsored, Homewood Health wellness webinars are not at risk.
