Registrations Guidelines:

~ Registration for all sessions and workshops are only accepted online.
~ Each workshop is filled to capacity on a first-come, first-serve basis.
~ Sessions are open only to employees of the Saskatchewan Public Service within the target audience as described on each announcement.
~ There is no charge to partipants. Email confirmations will be sent once registrations are processed. If you did not receive an email confirmation, do not assume you are registered.
~ Cancellations must be received (email preferred) 1 full business day before the beginning of each course, otherwise a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be applied.
~If you do cancel, we will find an alternate from the waitlist. In the event that the waitlist is exhausted, we will consider a substitution.
~When there are multiple offerings for a workshop, registrants are to choose one date only and register for just one of the workshops.
~If you are registered for an offering and are no longer able to attend, you are required to withdraw from that workshop. Due to large waitlist numbers, switching workshop offerings with other participants cannot be accommodated.
~If you indicate that you have completed GSPP 801, Governance and Administration, we will confirm this by accessing your academic records.

PLEASE NOTE: The JS Outreach & Training online registration system is securely co-managed by our external provider, Oh! Media, located in Regina, SK. This organization uses the most current encryption and security measures, will not share your personal information to anyone except JS Outreach & Training, and will not solicit you. When you submit your registration details, you will be added to the JS Outreach & Training database for the purpose of ensuring you receive future JS Outreach & Training notices and announcements.

AUTOFILL OPTION: The JSGS online registration system is now activated for an "auto-fill" capability. To activate this option, simply enable the cookies in your internet browser and check the "Remember Me" checkbox at the bottom of the online registration form. The next time you register for one of our events, the online registration form will automatically populate with your contact information from your previous registration. The autofill option is not recommended, and should be avoided, if you are using a public computer. Also note that this feature will not save credit card information.

To "enable cookies" on your internet browser:

Mozilla Firefox
1. Go to the top menu of their internet browser and select Tools and then Options.
2. Click on the Privacy tab and check off the "Accept cookies from other sites" checkbox.
3. Next, check off the "Accept third-party cookies" checkbox.
4. In the "Keep until" list menu, select "they expire".
5. Click on OK.

Internet Explorer
1. Go to the top menu of their internet browser and select Tools and then Options.
2. Click on the Privacy tab and move the scroll tab to the bottom-most option, "Accept All Cookies."
3. Click on Apply.
4. Click on OK.
