The Centre for Kinesiology, Health, and Sport is a state of the art multi-use facility that draws local, national, and international events throughout the year. The Centre features a three-court gymnasium with seating for up to 2,000 spectators, 2 multipurpose gymnasiums, an elevated four-lane running track, lecture and classroom facilities, teaching and research laboratories, an artificial turf field and 2 natural grass fields, For information regarding the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport, please visit the Facilities Services Website.

Allied Health CentreThe Allied Health Centre is an alliance of public and private health care practitioners, researchers, and professionals that exist to deliver health care services and education. The Centre is a multi-disciplinary entity with its primary goal to provide excellence in primary to tertiary level health care. Located on the second floor of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport, the Centre's mandate it to strive for excellence in health, wellness and performance. |
UofR AthleticsThe University of Regina Cougars participate in intercollegiate basketball, cross country, hockey, women’s soccer, swimming, track & field, volleyball, and wrestling, while the U of R Rams represent the school in football. All 16 of the school’s varsity teams are affiliated with Canadian Interuniversity Sport and compete in the Canada West Universities Athletic Association. |
