Donation Requests

Recreation Services at the University of Regina is committed to being an important part of the community. We recognize the tremendous amount of need in our community and are dedicated to providing as much support as we can. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, you must comply with the following guidelines:

RECREATION SERVICES - Donation Request Policy

Annually, the University of Regina Recreation Services department receives a large number of requests for various donations from organizations. We are extremely proud to support a number of these charitable organizations/campaigns throughout the community each year.

We recognize the tremendous amount of work being done by many organizations throughout Regina and surrounding area and we are dedicated to providing as much support as we can. However, resources are limited and we are unable to fulfil everyone’s request for support. Recreation Services does not have the ability to provide financial support and will focus its "giving" on providing prize giveaways, raffle items, and silent auction items.

In light of our desire to affect the greatest amount of positive change for the greatest number, we have focused our outreach on:

  • Education (Elementary, Secondary and Post-Secondary)
  • Health and Wellness
  • Recreation of youth and families
