Why do we restrict the track during Cougar events?
Activity on the track is distracting to the players and the cameras and cords that are on the track are a hazard.

Why do we not allow halter tops, sport bras, jeans etc?
We require all participants in the FLC to wear proper gym clothes. Halter tops do not cover enough skin and there is a risk of bacteria sharing between clients. Jeans are considered outside clothing and not appropriate gym attire. Discretion of the staff will apply.

Why do we not look up clients when they forget their cards?
With over a quarter of a million cards scanned during the period of one year it is not a task we can do for everyone. Access would be a time consuming process. The No Card No Access policy is well posted and is consistently enforced.

Why is dropping weights not allowed?
Safety…1) the startle factor if you are concentrating on a heavy lift and someone drops a weight close to you it may cause you to lose your concentration may result in an injury to you or others around you 2) a dropped weight is a weight that is not controlled possibly causing injury to you and/or someone around you. 3) Dropping weights can damage the equipment making them unsafe to use and expensive to replace/repair.
