Notification of Intent to Apply for a Research Grant

For all applications that do not require submission of a Letter of Intent or any other type of pre-registration document (e.g., NSERC – Form 180), applicants are strongly encouraged to connect with the Research Office well in advance of the final deadline for the grant application.

The Research Facilitator in their area can provide advice on funding guidelines, proposal development, internal policies, and assist with budget preparation and CV data entry.  The amount of assistance may vary depending on time available, so the earlier applicants connect the better.

See Contact Us  to find the appropriate Research Facilitator.

Faculty members are also encouraged to seek information about the internal review processes that exist within their respective faculties.  Please contact the Dean's Office or Associate-Vice President (Research)
