La Résidence is a small, close-knit community with a French flair.
In the interest of promoting and maintaining a French-speaking
environment, priority will be given to:
Once those students have been
accommodated, rooms are assigned based on date of receipt of application
and availability of rooms.
Residence rooms
La Résidence has private bedrooms, each with a full
bathroom. Each room has:
Twin size bed,
wardrobe closet, garbage can, small fridge, phone (local calls only,
unless a calling card is used), high speed internet connection, shower
curtain, desk chair, lamp, window coverings, and shelves. There is
a vacuum cleaner on each floor for resident use. Residents are
responsible for keeping their rooms clean and tidy, and regular room
checks are conducted to ensure this is so. Residents must provide
their own bed linens, blankets, pillows and cleaning supplies.

Residence layout
Each floor has a resident lounge. Residents may
enjoy watching the television with cable channels, which are located on
two of the floors. They will have access to a microwave.
Microwave ovens, hotplates, or other small cooking appliances are not
allowed in residents' rooms. A limited number of lockers are also
available for storage. There is one laundry facility with washers
and dryers. Storage of bikes in residence rooms is prohibited;
however, we do have a bike storage area. Locks for this
area can be rented for a small fee.
Meal plan
Currently La Résidence has a mandatory meal plan for all
residents. Check out the Foodservices
