PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept telephone requests. Transcript requests take 5 business days to process.
Transcripts will not be issued until all outstanding accounts with the University of Regina and its federated colleges are cleared, and all miscellaneous holds (e.g. missing documents) are cleared.

Notice Regarding Transcript Production
The University is closed for December 25th - January 1st inclusive. Transcript request processing will cease during this time period and will resume on January 2nd .
Requests received after Noon on Friday, December 19 th 2014 will not be processed until the New Year.

Under Student Records use the "Request Official Transcript(s)" option to order transcripts and use the "View Status of Transcript Requests" to determine the status of your official transcript request.
Requesting In Person. . .
To order transcripts in person, fill out a Transcript Request Form (494k) at the Registrar's Office (Administration-Humanities Building, Room 210 (AH210) ).
Requesting By Fax . . .
Students may request transcripts by sending a Transcript Request Form (494k), signed and dated, by FAX to 306-585-5203.
