The unofficial transcript can be printed through UR Self-Service.

Official Transcripts

PLEASE NOTE:

OUTSTANDING FEES will prevent transcripts from being issued.

To view Transcript Request Form forms requires the Adobe Reader which can be obtained from here .

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept telephone or e-mail requests. Transcript requests take 5 business days to process.

Transcripts will not be issued until all outstanding accounts with the University of Regina and its federated colleges are cleared, and all miscellaneous holds (e.g. missing documents) are cleared.

Notice Regarding Transcript Production

The University is closed for December 25th  - January 1st  inclusive. Transcript request processing will cease during this time period and will resume on January 2nd .

Requests received after Noon on Thursday, December 19 th 2013 will not be processed until the New Year.

Requesting By Fax . . .

Students may request transcripts by sending a Transcript Request Form Transcript Request Form (494k), signed and dated, by FAX to 306-585-5203.

Requesting By Email . . .

Students may request transcripts by sending a signed, dated, and scanned to pdf Transcript Request Form Transcript Request Form (494k), to UofR.Transcripts@uregina.ca.

Requesting In Person. . .

To order transcripts in person, fill out a Transcript Request Form Transcript Request Form (494k) at the Registrar's Office (Administration-Humanities Building, Room 210 (AH210) ).

Requesting By Mail . . .

To order a transcript of academic activity by mail, send a completed Transcript Request Form Transcript Request Form (494k) or the indicated details to:

Please include the following information

  • name
  • former name(s)
  • student number
  • current mailing address
