Benjamin Tal will be speaking to Dr. Nilgun Onder’s third year International Political Economy class and you’re invited as well. Mr. Tal is a regular commentator on financial and economic trends and has been featured prominently in the media in both Canada and the United States. He’s been described as one of Canada’s leading experts on the real estate market by the International Monetary Fund.

His talk will explore the post-recession economy, how it is different and what the new normal is.

“The economy that is emerging from the great recession is a different economy with different rules. Understanding those rules is essential for succeeding in the new environment,” says Mr. Tal.

Following the presentation, members of the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions.
