Wellbeing Workshop

If you are anxious or stressed and looking for new ways to manage your anxiety, the University of Regina Psychology Training Clinic is offering a full-day workshop that could benefit you!

About the Workshop
The workshop will be provided by Doctoral students in Clinical Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos, Ph.D., R. D. Psych., Professor and Director of Clinical Training.

This workshop will introduce cognitive behavioural strategies for managing stress and anxiety and improve your overall wellbeing. During this day-long event, you will hear topics such as getting to the root of your anxiety, developing a balanced outlook on life, and effective self-care.  You will be able to learn techniques and strategies through information sessions and demonstrations, group activities, and take-home resources.

Who Can Attend
The workshop is open to members of the community.

There is a $40 fee for the full day workshop. (Lunch is NOT provided.)
