Research interests
Broadly, my interest concerns applying psychological principles from social, cognitive, and personality psychology to solve applied problems in human resource management. This includes measuring and reducing deception during pre-employment selection tests (e.g., resumes, personality, interviews), designing performance appraisal rating forms that lead to more accurate and fair performance ratings, and mitigating negative reactions from rejected job applicants.
