Students, faculty and staff in the Faculty of Arts are involved in the communities that surround and support us in various ways: through teaching, research and service. This website is a resource for anyone wishing to be more involved in the community as a volunteer. YWCA REGINA VILLAGE NETWORKS, a program that offers a variety of services meant to be empowering, informative and fun for single mothers and their children living in Regina, is seeking volunteers for child minding.
Are you wanting to gain experience as a volunteer, or "beef up" your resume by volunteering with a highly-respected organization, then this opportunity will appeal to you.
We're looking for people to help us out on any of the following dates and times.
- Tuesday evenings, 6:45 to 8:45 pm
- Wednesday evening, 4:45 to 7:15 pm
- Thursday evenings, 6:15 to 8:45 pm
- Sunday afternoons, 1:45 to 4:15 pm
If you have experience in child care, are committed, and can provide a resume and current criminal record check (volunteer - no charge for this), we would appreciate hearing from you.
