In 2009 Cecilia began working as a mediator with The Dispute Resolution Office, Ministry of Justice and Attorney General.  Prior to joining The Dispute Resolution Office she spent 10 years facilitating such courses as "Parenting After Separation and Divorce" through Family Justice Services, as well as communication, parenting, stress management, and workplace balance courses for other agencies.  Cecilia has also worked in programming and mentorship for at-risk youth.


Cecilia received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina. She received her dispute resolution training from The Dispute Resolution Office in 2004.  Since joining the Dispute Resolution team, Cecilia's responsibilities include providing conflict resolution services in a wide range of forums including workplaces, families, and the civil programs.  The types of services range from workplace and family mediations, delivering workshops and presentations, third party civil mediations, and small to large group facilitations.
