Master's Degree Programs

The Master's degree is offered in the following subject areas:

  • Master of Educational Leadership (MEd EDL)
  • Master of Educational Psychology (MEd EPSY)
  • Master of Curriculum and Instruction (MEd EC&I)
  • Master of Adult Education & Community Engagement (MAECE)
  • Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD)
  • Maîtrise en éducation française
  • Master of Indigenous Education (MIED)
  • Master of Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (MEd TLL)
  • Master of Indigenous Language Education (MILED)

All applicants must meet the admission standards of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR). In addition, the Faculty of Education requires the following:

  • the applicant must have a four-year degree applicable to the program (normally a BEd, BHRD, or BAEd, or equivalent);
  • at least two years of teaching or other relevant professional experience;
  • a minimum grade point average of 70%.

Admission is ALWAYS subject to availability of space and supervision.
