Teacher Certification
Upon receipt of all final grades, student files will be reviewed for degree completion. Once the file is approved, the Faculty of Education will send a letter to the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board (SPTRB) confirming completion of the Bachelor of Education.

Reminder: Students are responsible to request and submit official transcripts from the University of Regina (select Processing Option "Holding for Credential") and any other institutions attended directly to the SPTRB.
Information and instructions on how to request UofR transcripts are available at the following link:

You will receive an e-mail once your file has been approved and the letter of completion was sent to the SPTRB.
Item(s) that may prevent a letter confirming completion of your Bachelor of Education degree and release of an official University of Regina transcript include:
- Application for Graduation not submitted
- Student financial holds
- Final grades not on the transcript
- Deferrals for term work or exams
- Transcripts/transfer credit from another university not received/processed at the University of Regina
