CERCD

The Centre for Educational Research, Collaboration, and Development (CERCD) is a Faculty-based research unit at the Faculty of Education, University of Regina. Originally established in 1985, the Centre's mandate is to engage in educational research and development activities that contribute to the betterment of education and society at the local, provincial, national, and international levels.

The Centre adheres to the guiding principles of the Faculty of Education’s mission and vision statements, with a strong emphasis on the following areas: the enhancement of teaching and learning; an overarching focus on Indigenization and decolonization; the pursuit of a more equitable and just society; the development of engaged citizens; and the respectful and critical engagement in local, provincial, national, and international communities.
