Students may contact or stop by the Engineering General Office for assistance with the following:
- General enquiries
- Graduation Checks for 4th year students
- Registration errors
- Deferring course work or final exams
- Student appeals
- Time Conflicts or Prerequisite Overrides – Please fill out the form, get the required signatures, and then submit to the General Office.
- Lab Exemptions – If you have taken the lab before, please check with the lab instructor to approve the exemption.

Our office and the University will officially communicate to our students through your UofR account only. For many purposes, the office will not make any other form of contact. Please ensure that you monitor your university e-mail account regularly. Students may forward their UofR e-mail to another e-mail account.
