Student Group Request for Funding Application Form

Student groups may request funding from the Faculty for certain events and activities. If you wish to request funding, please submit this form. Funding is limited, so please submit your form as early before the date of your event as possible. Submitting a form does not guarantee that funding will be awarded.

The deadline to apply for student group funding is October 15, February 15, and May 15.





*** A Faculty Advisor is required before funding will be issued. This form will be forwarded to your faculty advisor for his or her approval prior to being evaluated.
