Adding More Plant Based Foods Into Your Diet

Some people are incorporating more plant based foods into their diet for many reasons - for their health, for the environment or to save some money. During this presentation, a Registered Dietitian will share some of the benefits of diets rich in plant based foods. There will also be a demonstration of some "easy to prepare" recipes using lentils and beans.

This course will be offered in-person at the College Building located at 2155 College Avenue in the classroom indicated on your receipt. In the event that it is not possible to have in-person courses, you will receive an email from Student and Instructor Services.
