FIRST LEGO League Saskatchewan Provincial Championship

The FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) LEGO League Saskatchewan Provincial Championship Tournament will be held at the University of Regina on Saturday, February 3, 2018.

The FIRST LEGO League engages teams of students in Grades 4-8 (ages 9-14) each year in a themed Challenge that has 3 parts: robot game, project, and core values.

In the morning of the event, teams will be judged on their work on the Challenge: in robot design, project, and core values. That portion is NOT open to the public. After noon, the public is invited to see the opening ceremony, the robot games, and the closing ceremonies and award presentations.

This is the 2nd Annual Provincial Championship. For the first time, Saskatchewan is able to send a team to the World Festival in Houston in April 2018.

Participating teams will come from Bruno, Estevan, Moose Jaw, Regina, and Strasbourg.

Everyone is invited to attend in the afternoon, and to share this event with others. A detailed schedule will be posted during the week before the event.

NO CHARGE! And FREE PARKING in Lots 4 and 6.
