How do musicians and artists build unique pathways for their passions and art practices?
Journeys in Music are FREE conversations with professional musicians where we hope to build dialogue and understanding about how a musician or artist is made.
In Journeys in Music with Anna Norris (bassoon), you will hear about her life as the Principal Bassoon with the Regina Symphony Orchestra and the Regina Symphony Chamber Players. She has performed across southern Ontario and now makes her home in Regina.
This talk is 45 minutes led by the Conservatory Head, Christa Eidsness, with 15 minutes for questions and answers at the end. These conversations are perfect for music students, artists, musicians, and community members interested in storytelling and learning more about the life of musicians.
This talk is supported by the Saskatchewan Orchestral Association (SOA) through their Project Grant program, which is supported by funding from the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture and Recreation through SaskCulture.
