The Trump Effect: Populism and US Foreign Policy in Mexico, Venezuela, and Guatemala

How has US foreign policy under the Trump administration affected domestic politics across Latin America? Does the election of so-called "populist" leaders in the region follow suit with the Trump presidency? Are apparent slow-motion coup d'etats in the region encouraged by the US? Please join us for a panel discussion of current events in Mexico, Venezuela, and Guatemala, and their relation to US foreign policy.
