University of Regina - Mindful Mondays

Join us for "Mindful Mondays" - This online program series aimed at providing resources and tools to support your personal mental wellness.
Sessions will be presented by facilitators Stacey Bliss, PhD and Tyler Meadows, PhD (c), via Zoom, and will run for 45 minutes each. Each session will introduce various mindfulness practices and will consist of a 20-minute information discussion, followed by 25 minutes of applied mindfulness, finishing with a debrief of the session. Through mindful practices, research shows you can improve different aspects of your life including: reduce stress/anxiety, improve performance and focus, enhance creativity and increase your emotional intelligence, build resilience and skilful communication.

WHAT: A six-week Mindfulness Program to support mental wellness

WHERE: via Zoom (you will require a computer with a camera and an internet connection)

WHO: Everyone is welcome - from skeptical newcomers to advanced practitioners including; members of the University of Regina community, their friends and family, those studying remotely, and all who reside on Treaty 4 and 6 lands.

HOW MUCH: This series is provided free of charge to all participants
