Whose Settlement: A Conference - Public Panel

Whose Settlement: A Conference presents a panel open to the public, entitled: 'Whose Settlement Agreement? Learning from the 60s Scoop and IAP'.

Panel Presenters:
Dan Shapiro, Chief Adjudicator of the Indian Residential School Adjudication Secretariat

Ry Moran, Director of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation

Caron George, Adjudicator with the Independent Assessment Process (IAP)

Robert Doucette, a 60s Scoop survivor. Executive Director Saskatoon Indian and M├ętis Friendship Centre

Raven Sinclair, a 60s scoop survivor and a professor of social work at the University of Regina

Margaret Jacobs, historian and author of A Generation Removed: The Fostering and Adoption of Indigenous Children in the Postwar World

A question and answer period will follow the panel presentation.
