Media Invitation: U of R Varsity Sport breakfast to celebrate Academic All-Canadian student-athletes

University of Regina President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Jeff Keshen and U of R Varsity Sport are hosting a breakfast Friday morning to celebrate the successes of our U SPORTS Academic All-Canadians. Supporters, alumni, and donors will be on hand to recognize some of the 115 U of R student-athletes who achieved a grade-point average of 80 per cent and higher last year. 

Minister of Advanced Education, the Honourable Gene Makowsky will bring greetings from the Province. 


Time:       7:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Select coaches and players will be available for interviews. 

NOTE: In order to ensure the health and safety of our campus community, all attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination and matching photo ID.
