- Please see the Student Union (URSU) and Financial Services' Student Accident Incident Benefit Plan to ensure you have adequate health and dental insurance.
- If you will be driving or taking transportation, please complete the Travel and Fieldwork Risk Assessment Form (72 KB) and Safety Planning Record (402 KB) which stays within your Faculty or Department.
- If you are conducting fieldwork, field trips, and other off-campus activities, you must conduct a very thorough hazard assessment for all activities. This can be facilitated by completing the Travel and Fieldwork Risk Assessment Form (72 KB) and Safety Planning Record (402 KB) which stays within your Faculty or Department.
