SUMMARY:Joint Academic Performance Review Information Seminars
DESCRIPTION:We are now entering a new cycle of the Performance Review process for Academic Staff Members. This process is used to determine the renewal of tenure-track appointments, awarding tenured appointments, granting of increments, merit increments, and promotions.

URFA and the University will be offering virtual Joint Review Seminars to provide an overview of the Faculty Review process. Three sessions will be offered, and both academic staff members undergoing review and those involved in the review process (Initial Reviewers, Review Committee Members, and Deans) are encouraged to attend any session that fits their schedule.
