SUMMARY:Focus Group to Explore Leadership Development
DESCRIPTION:As you know, last fall, Human Resources conducted interviews with a number of individuals on campus to gather thoughts on leading and developing leaders and what these mean to our University. This information served as the basis for a proposal to the University Executive Team regarding our need for a formal Leadership Development Program. This proposal was accepted in April, 2014.

The next step will be conducting focus groups to gather further information related to designing and implementing a Leadership Development Program in a university environment.  These focus group sessions are expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
