SUMMARY:HR Review Focus Group for Faculty & Other Administrators
DESCRIPTION:The University of Regina's Human Resources Department has undertaken a project to conduct a review and assessment of the HR strategy and client service delivery model, and develop a strategic road map that aligns with the University's new strategic plan. 

A critical part of the project is engagement and consultation with key University stakeholders. We, therefore, kindly ask for your support and participation in upcoming focus groups, where you will be asked to contribute and participate in a group discussion pertinent to the HR strategy and service delivery. Deloitte will facilitate this group discussion and gather a collective perspective, which keeps all individual discussions confidential.
