DESCRIPTION:This 1-day, workshop will provide you with an opportunity to practice tools to successfully navigate through difficult conversations that stand in the way of getting the results you really want now, and in the future. Whether it's a problem with missed deadlines; misunderstood expectations, declining performance or strained relationships, Crucial Conversations provides options and skills for having tough conversations.


In this one day workshop participants learn to: 
• Spot the conversations that keep them from getting what they really want
• Speak persuasively, not abrasively
• Foster Teamwork and better decision-making
• Build acceptance rather than resistance
• Resolve individual and group disagreements.


Time: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Cost: $244.34, includes all participant materials. Workshop costs can be covered by your APEA, please provide a FOAPAL to be invoiced, thanks.
