This short overview is an exploration of conflict resolution skills to prevent, manage and resolve conflict. In these two, time spaced workshops, participants will:
  
• Understanding types and causes of conflict
•Uncovering common beliefs or thoughts about conflict that may not be useful
•Discovering your workstyle (DiSC) and implications for conflict resolution
