DESCRIPTION:We are just entering into the new cycle for the Performance Review process for academic staff members. This process is used to determine the renewal of tenure-track appointments, awarding tenured appointments, granting of increments, merit increments, and promotions.

URFA and the University will be offering Joint Peer Review Seminars on the Faculty Review Process.

We will be offering one session (September 16, 2021) targeted for reviewers (Initial Reviewers, Members of the Peer Review Committee and Deans) so that they have a better understanding of the Review Process.
