DESCRIPTION:We are just entering into the new cycle for the Performance Review process for academic staff members. This process is used to determine the renewal of tenure-track appointments, awarding tenured appointments, granting of increments, merit increments, and promotions.

URFA and the University will be offering Joint Peer Review Seminars on the Faculty Review Process.

In order to facilitate this we will be offering two sessions ( September 6 & 8) targeted for academic staff members who are being reviewed so that they have a better understanding of the Review Process.
